By ordering with Larry’s Fly Box® the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:
INTERNET ORDER POLICY:
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. This processing time does not include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to material and stock on hand. Bulk orders may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to fill orders completely. We ask for your understanding when a product becomes unavailable and we will contact you if there is a delay. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Larry’s Fly Box® offers several shipping options for domestic orders. We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with USPS to make the delivery:
• USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days, depending upon service location
International Shipping
Larry’s Fly Box® currently offers international shipping to select countries. Certain products may have restrictions due to international shipping regulations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
• Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please Note:
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico may be subject to additional shipping charges.
All orders shipped outside of Florida are not subject to Florida state sales tax. All orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to Florida state sales tax.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is always 100% Guaranteed! Please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We accept returns or exchanges of any item in original condition within 15 days of receipt. We offer store credit on all returned items. Full priced items must be returned within 15 days to our location for store credit. If you choose to return the items you must pay the additional shipping charge. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If your items arrive incorrect or damaged please email us at Larry@LarrysFlyBox.com and we will replace the items at no additional charge.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Larry’s Fly Box® respects our customers' privacy. Our mailing list is confidential and will not be disclosed or shared with any other entity. We do maintain a mailing list of our customers, and we periodically send out a mailing or e-mail "newsletter" to our customers. If you do not want to be placed on our mailing list or wish to be removed from the mailing list, please feel free to let us know at Larry@LarrysFlyBox.com
